Obsyn — RAG Pipeline Observability

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Obsyn ("Service"), a RAG pipeline observability platform operated by Obsyn Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Obsyn provides observability, monitoring, debugging, and analytics tools for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. The Service includes pipeline monitoring, query logging, chunk debugging, cost analytics, alerting, and version comparison features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; (d) use the Service to transmit malicious content; or (e) resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization.

5. Data and Privacy

Your pipeline data, query logs, and analytics remain yours. We process this data solely to provide the Service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Service Level

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for paid plans. Enterprise customers receive a dedicated SLA. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obsyn Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain your data for up to 30 days after termination to allow for data export.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
