Obsyn Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our RAG pipeline observability platform ("Service").

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, and organization details you provide during registration.

Pipeline Data: Query logs, retrieval results, chunk metadata, latency metrics, and analytics data from your RAG pipelines that you route through our Service.

Usage Data: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, and interaction patterns within the Service.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) generate analytics and insights for your pipelines; (c) send service-related communications; (d) improve the Service; and (e) detect and prevent abuse.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3. We use SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure. Pipeline data is isolated per tenant and never shared between customers.

5. Data Retention

Pipeline data is retained according to your plan: 7 days (Free), 30 days (Starter), 90 days (Growth), or custom (Enterprise). Account data is retained for 30 days after account deletion.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing), bound by contractual obligations to protect your information.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your pipeline data; and (e) opt out of non-essential communications.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use optional analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
